KindleTales is built with child safety at the center. We describe our approach below so families and store reviewers can understand our commitments.
Zero tolerance for harmful or exploitative content
We have zero tolerance for content that is harmful, exploitative, or inappropriate for children. Our content is designed for bedtime storytelling and family use. We do not allow content that endangers, sexualizes, or otherwise harms minors in any way.
Content moderation and filtering
Stories and in-app content are curated and moderated. We use filtering and review processes to keep the catalog age-appropriate and safe. We continue to improve our moderation practices and will act on any content that does not meet our standards.
Parent controls
KindleTales is designed for parent/guardian-managed child profiles. Parents or guardians create accounts and manage what their children can access. You control profile creation, content access, and how the app is used in your household.
Reporting mechanism
If you see or experience something that you believe violates our safety standards or is harmful to children, please report it to us immediately. Contact us at stories@kindletales.io. We take reports seriously and will investigate and take action as appropriate, including removing content and addressing abuse.
