This page describes how refunds and cancellations work for KindleTales. KindleTales is built by the same parent company as VividAI; for broader company-level cancellation and refund policies, see the mandatory reference at the bottom of this page.

Subscriptions and platform billing

Paid subscriptions for KindleTales are processed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store. We do not store or process your card or payment credentials directly.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the platform you used to subscribe:

  • Apple App Store: Refunds are subject to Apple's policies and process. You can request a refund through Apple.
  • Google Play: Refunds are subject to Google's policies and process. You can request a refund through Google Play.

We do not control platform refund decisions. If you have a billing or refund issue, we recommend contacting the store first; we can also help with account or access questions.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation will stop future charges; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.
